About Me

Hello i'm Brooklyn the owner of the Sugar Bun Fairy i specialize in bespoke cakes and sweet treats based in Gainsborough.

As the owner of the business, I am kept very busy handling absolutely everything – from baking and decorating, to cleaning, stock taking and handling the accounts!

I started baking as a hobby when i had my eldest child in 2014. i wanted to create her 1st birthday cake as it was a special milestone. From that point, my passion and love for baking started to grow.

i then finally took the plunge and registered as a business in April 2018. What i love the most about my job is everything! Well, except the cleaning. I am so lucky that I get to do what I absolutely love doing every single day, but also seeing my customers faces when they see their orders and in a small way being a part of their special occasion is something I really love about my job!”

I offer a selection of bespoke cakes, graze boxes, cheesecakes, tray bakes, treat boxes, cookies, hot chocolate bombs, mini deserts and much more, all made from a five star kitchen.

In my spare time, I love to dine out and shop, as well as catch up on the latest cooking and baking shows. As a Mum of two girls, there is always plenty of takers for any spare baking left around the house!

I pride myself in being able to offer quality products at affordable prices i believe everyone deserves a treat and special bespoke cakes regardless of their budget, my pricing is reviewed regularly as any savings i make are always passed down to my customers.
